Rental Info
Season - Summer, September, October and Holidays are usually booked up months in advance, so we accept weekly rentals. On ocassion we have cancellations or openings within 30 days of an in-season visit; for these situations and off-season times we will take daily reservations (two night minimum).
Deposit - A deposit of $250 is required ($150 for daily rentals). The rental deposit becomes a security deposit and will be returned after cleaning and check-out. This security deposit is subject to lost keys, damage to premises, not properly cleaning cabin including trash removal, articles missing from rental, pets or smoking in the homes.
Reservations - Call our offices and leave a voice mail including name, phone number and dates in which you are interested. Once you are reserved a confirmation, directions and welcome packet will be mailed to our guests.
Check In/Out - Check-In is available after 3:00 PM; our NC Contact will provide keys to the cabin. Cleaning and Check-Out must be completed by 11:00 AM the day of departure.
Cancellations - In order to receive a Deposit for an unused reservation, written notice of cancellation is required 30 days prior to a party's scheduled arrival date.
Policies - NO Pets are allowed in Wilderness Lake Vacation properties. Long distance calls may not be charged to the telephone of Wilderness Lake Vacations for any reason. NO Smoking is permitted inside WLV Cabins.
